Time passes and La Alameda seems to be younger each day. In 1789, Don Juan Gregorio Girado was already living in these lands by the Chascomús lagoon.

There he built up his house, his yards and planted mounts of shadow and fruit trees to start cattle breeding. From then on, time has gone by until today, when the ranch offers the international turist the best break of these days, keeping a handful of history in each corner.

Today we are the Alameda’s present, paying homage to its past and hoping to see its future.
